Payment
Email bookings must be confirmed with a credit card number.  Alternatively, you can send us a cheque or money order for the deposit amount as shown below.

Blue Mountains courses:  Please fill in the booking form below. Balances are due in full on the day of the course.

All other courses: Private courses and group booking have specials conditions. Call office for details.

We accept cheques, money orders and credit card payments.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Blue Mountains courses:
a) A $40 cancellation fee per person applies if less than 24 hrs notice of cancellation is given
b) A full refund will be given if the trip is cancelled by High'n Wild Pty Ltd (ie bad weather, bushfires etc)
c) A part refund will be given if the trip is cancelled by High'n Wild Pty Ltd after commencement
d) no refund if trip is cancelled by customer after commencement

Mountaineering courses
a) A 50% deposit needs to be paid 2 weeks prior to activity.
b) A full refund is given if High n Wild Pty Ltd cancels the trip
c) no refund is given if the customer cancels with less than 2 weeks notice
d) no refund if trip is cancelled by customer after commencement

All other courses:
All changes and cancellations incur an administration fee of $40.   Cancellations received within one month of departure date incur a charge of 50% of the course fee.  No refund can be made if notice of cancellation is received within 1 week of the departure date.

If we cancel a trip, all monies paid are fully refundable.  No refund can be given for changes due to weather conditions and other circumstances outside our responsibility.  If a trip cannot be filled with the minimum number of participants, you will have the choice of either cancelling without penalty or upgrading to a private course for a proposed fee.

We strongly recommend cancellation insurance to avoid financial loss in the event of unforeseen cancellation from your side.
